About Us

James and Kelley met in Wilmington, NC where Kelley was finishing up school at UNCW and James was working at one of Bald Head Island's elite country clubs. After graduation, Kelley took the summer to figure out life and worked alongside James at the club. She bartended and served tables, while he cooked amazing food for the summertime guests and residents. Ready for the next chapter, they decided to move to Fuquay-Varina, NC where Kelley grew up. They were married in 2012 and now reside in Willow Spring, NC with their son Elias.

 

Hospitality has always been in their blood and after years of being away from it, they decided to start a new venture in mobile bartending. Good Company Events was born from the idea that special events are to be remembered, from the good times to great laughs and the beautiful company of those that celebrate with you. James and Kelley are committed to making every experience for you and your guests a memorable one. You are in good company with us!
